Once the coal is heated well, put the threaded chicken malai on it. Ideally, it would take 10 to 15 minutes for the chicken to get ready. Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken Boneless 2-3 inch cubes
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 20 almonds
- 4 tbsp yogurt
- 4 tbsp cream
- 2 green chili peppers
- 2 clove garlic
- 20 g ginger
- 2 tsp white pepper
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
Before Marination:
- Cut the boneless chicken pieces into cubes that are 2-3 inches in size (chicken strips), and then give them a good wash in warm water. Let the chunks of chicken air dry.
- The first thing to do is give the chicken a thorough bath in warm water and let it air dry.
Marination:
- Now, place the chicken pieces into a large bowl, add some salt, and lemon juice,
- After thoroughly mixing them, let the chicken sit for a minimum of 15 minutes.
- Almonds should now be blanched. Peel the almonds after blanching them in hot water for about five minutes.
- Grind the almonds until they become a smooth paste in a blender with the following ingredients: yogurt, cream, green chili peppers, garlic, ginger, white pepper, chili powder, ground cumin, coriander, and garam masala.
