  • First, cut the chicken boneless pieces into 2-3 inch cube sizes (chicken strips), and wash them thoroughly with warm water. Leave the chicken pieces to dry.
  • The number one step is to wash the chicken properly with warm water and leave it until it is dried.

Chicken Marination:

  • Now, place the chicken pieces into a large bowl, add some salt, and lemon juice,
  • Mix them well, and then leave the chicken for a while up to 15 minutes.
  • Now take almonds to blanch them. After blanching them for about five minutes in boiling water, peel the almonds.
  • Grind the almonds until they become a smooth paste in a blender with the following ingredients: yogurt, cream, green chili peppers, garlic, ginger, white pepper, chili powder, ground cumin, coriander, and garam masala.
